Presently, we provide recruitment services in South-West Nigeria. Our services include recruitment, background check, staff outsourcing, overseas university placement, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Moniya, Ibadan - Oyo,
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Communicating with customers across various channels
Acknowledging & resolving customer complaints
Performing marketing activities from the office
Cross-selling & up-selling products & services
Ensuring customer satisfaction & ensuring professional customer support
Job Requirements

Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree qualification in Marketing, Public Administration, Mass Communication or Business Administration or it's equivalent
MUST have 3 - 5 years relevant experience as a Customer Service Officer or a related role
MUST reside around Moniya
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in Igbo (Hausa is an added advantage)
Female/Male
Age between 28 - 40 years old
Must be Married
Customer service-oriented
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, & Microsoft PowerPoint
Possessing sales skills (cross-selling & up-selling) is an advantage
