We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description

As the Office Manager you will assist with the smooth running of the end-to-end retail operations and ensuring financial targets are achieved.
Specifically your major activities are:

Ensure all the activities from when an order is placed by a customer to when the order is delivered and paid for runs smoothly and all metrics around the activities are achieved.
Assist with implementing key change ideas, operational structures and processes to enhance and grow the business.
Document, manage, track and assist with resolving business, customer and employee issues.
Ensure all office administrative processes are running in a smooth organized fashion.
Assist with recruitment and training needs.
Liaise with key vendors and partners.
Assist with all other professional tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements

Over 5 years working experience in a B-to-C space.
Problem Solver.
Quick Learner.
Process Driven.
Experience in ecommerce, logistics and luxury industry a plus.
