JOB SUMMARY
The role holder should be able to contribute to the efficiency of the business by providing effective and satisfactory assistance to the Finance team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
•	Ensuring consistency between physical products (company’s acquired spare parts) and reported spare parts counts at all locations per time.
•	ensuring that optimum levels of spare parts inventory are maintained at each location and that it is at par with quality standards. 


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
A typical day on the job will involve;
•	Keeping track of the company’s expenses on spare parts.
•	preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc., and coordinates the purchasing, inventory and warehousing functions.
•	maintain a record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness.
•	be involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system

REQUIREMENTS
•	Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Finance or Accounting
•	1-3 years proven experience as a Financial Inventory Officer
•	Mathematical and deductive reasoning skills
•	Excellent written and communication skills
•	Strong demonstrated use of Excel, word and PowerPoint and any Accounting application.
•	Knowledge and use of QuickBooks Accounting Application is an added advantage
•	Experience in startups is a strong plus
