We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Train Janitors on cleaning and maintenance tasks and processes
Inspect work and investigate complaints regarding janitorial services and take corrective action.
Review checklists daily to ensure conformance to specifications and established standards.
Manage and maintain the stock inventory, monitor stock and reorder levels for all cleaning consumables; and make prompt requisitions to ensure timely supplies replenishments and avoid stock-outs.
Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
Liaise with vendors and
Liaise with the HR team and participate in recruitment exercises for janitors.
Take note of faulty or damaged facilities and notify Building Services Manager accordingly.
Competency and Skills Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND, SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.
Knowledge of sanitation regulations.
Good interpersonal skill and communication skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
