Requirements

•Assist the Operations manager in resolving operational problems within the defined schedules and SLAs
•Assisting in sorting client orders for procurement and dispatch
•Handle escalated issues and follow up promptly
•Assist the operations manager in confirming client’s payment
•Respond to email inquiries
•Respond to phone call inquiries

Requirement

•Minimum of a B.sc 
•Minimum of 1-year experience in customer service or operations support role.
•Must have good communication skill
•Must have good interpersonal relationship skill.
•Should be self-starter.
