Requirements

Job Description
•	Work closely with the executive management team in developing new opportunities aimed at increasing footprint in the sector.
•	Develop and execute strategic business development, marketing, customer acquisition and engagement, and sales plans to expand our market share, customer base, sales targets, and brand visibility/influence.
•	Aggressively pursue, identify and qualify new business in an efficient manner whilst managing ongoing Referrals and other Lead Sources.
Client Relationship Management
•	Client Relationship Management and research organizations to find new opportunities.
•	Provide Support for Clients by learning about and satisfying their needs.
•	Develop a robust and visible e-channel marketing platform and coordinating Marketing Presentation & Brand Visibility.
•	Build Long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with External contacts and Internal departments to create a better customer experience.
•	Clients Complaints handling and prompt Resolution.
•	Initiate, facilitate, manage and build new and existing client and partner relationships.
•	Analyse the customer base to establish a common approach to retention and growth.
Marketing/Business Expansion
•	Identify the market / business opportunities, trends, setting ideas and project by researching industry related events, publications, daily media, Nipex portal and through existing clients.
•	Gather market and customer information, network with major industry players and decision makers and provide feedback on industry trends to Division and Management.
•	Develop and lead sector and client business and marketing plans with a typical horizon of 1 to 5 years.
•	Undertake and Regular review of Brand & Marketing Materials and ensure their availability.
•	Enhance organisation and operational staff business development capabilities and work with the team to achieve their business targets. 
•	Track Deposits / Credit Growth and Reporting results fortnightly
•	Responsible for formulation, execution, monitoring of company’s business, development, market penetration strategies and operating plans for enhancing business growth and operating efficiency.
Business intelligence
•	Working with the Business Development Group, develop and manage an up-to-date understanding of the macroeconomic environment over the agreed plan period, using the information to consider the implications for existing and new sectors.
•	Develop an understanding of relevant sectors and how they are likely to respond to business proposals and bids.
•	Undertake key research to understand the business and project drivers of sectors, customers, and potential opportunities.
Business Development and Revenue Generation
•	Track, identify, develop, and pursue opportunities in keeping relationship with areas of emphasis with new and current clients.
•	Lead and support negotiations with clients, partners, and consultants.
•	Implement systems to track upcoming RFPs and maintain corporate new business tracker.
•	Manage the bid/no-bid processes.
•	Serve as advisor on all bids on strategy, teaming, recruitment, writing, and pricing.
•	Manage strategic bids and full and open bids, and lead at times, coordinating proposal teams.
•	Develop Special Presentations & Proposals for Prospects, Clients, etc; review draft proposals.
Negotiations
•	Develop negotiation strategies and execution of same.
•	Support and provide input to new contracts and contract renewals/extensions.
•	Secure agreements on commercial disputes through commercial negotiations with external parties. 

Required Qualification
•	Minimum of bachelor’s degree n Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or any related field (Masters’ degree is a plus).
•	10 years’ experience as a commercial / Marketing professional in a leadership role (Preferably in Energy, Telecommunication, Oil, and Gas Sectors).
•	Measurable and Demonstrated success in building an effective business development and marketing strategy within an organization.
•	Proven track record of developing and executing commercial strategies for an established brand.
•	Ability to demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, business acumen, professional presence, and comprehensive understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
•	Outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
•	In-depth understanding of marketing principles, changing market dynamics, brand, product, and service management.
