Job Summary: The role will be responsible for achieving the country’s sales target and provides leadership to the team of medical representatives with aim of creating and sustaining a spirit that is based on high-performance team culture. Job Requirements: University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Health Sciences or Business Administration. A minimum of 7 years as a medical representative in the company/ pharmaceutical industry Proven track record of achievement of sales targets, strong ability of territory planning and management, and findings new ways to improve sales execution. Ability to cooperate with different stakeholders, an indication of skills to build and lead a team. Familiar to work in a multi-national pharmaceutical-related industry. Strong communication skills. Good command of spoken and written English is a plus Timely, effective, and proactive response to problems and issues Mindset of Compliance as well as able to make a professional judgement in order to bridge local and global requirements/standards
